BKA Learning resource centres was created to help the organisation achieve its mission. The learning resource centres are medium to inculcate basic literacy, numeracy, and ICT skills in children using diverse learning methods. BKA Foundation prayer is to establish learning resource centres – one for each local government area across the six geopolitical regions of Nigeria.
